The first Gen Z Summit set out to understand a generation already reshaping the world around it. From political participation and the experience of growing up through successive crises to AI, work, creativity, media, climate and identity, the programme explored the forces shaping Gen Z and the ways in which Gen Z was, in turn, beginning to reshape society. Bringing together young voices with policymakers, academics, business leaders, journalists and creators, the Summit created a space for candid discussion around the assumptions attached to a generation often described from the outside, but not always heard on its own terms. From the workplace and digital culture to inclusion and climate action, the first edition established the Gen Z Summit as a meeting point between generations, sectors and perspectives.
